At Musketeers, we want you to love your home fragrance products! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
Exchanges are only available for the same product in case of defects or damage.
How to Start a Return

We will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
